About The doctor

Meet Dr. Tarah Crews, D.M.D.

Dr. Tarah Crews brings warmth, energy, and a deep commitment to whole-body dental health to Crews Dental. She has been practicing dentistry for nearly a decade and has a strong passion for continuing education, patient relationships, and comprehensive care.

Dr. Crews believes in the oral-systemic connection and the important role dentists play in helping patients prevent disease and maintain their overall health. She enjoys the esthetic side of dentistry, including Invisalign®, Botox®, crowns, and veneers, and she places a strong emphasis on creating harmony between the teeth, joints, and muscles.

Her approach is shaped by years of mentorship under Dr. Flavin, ongoing advanced education, and a genuine love for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She is involved in professional organizations including the Greater St. Louis Dental Society, American Dental Association, Spear Education, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, Give Kids A Smile, and local study clubs.

About The doctor

Meet Tyler A. Crews, D.M.D.

Dr. Tyler Crews provides general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry with a focus on compassion, clear communication, and trust. He completed his undergraduate studies at St. Louis University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Medicine Technology, then received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Crews also completed two years of postdoctoral implantology training, giving him advanced experience in restoring smiles with dental implants. He believes strongly in continuing education and works to keep both himself and his team current with modern dental techniques, equipment, and best practices.

At Crews Dental West, Dr. Crews is proud to maintain the welcoming, small-town feel patients appreciate in Webster Groves. His goal is to create an atmosphere where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their care.

Meet AnnMarie Spalding, D.M.D.

Dr. AnnMarie Spalding provides comprehensive dental care with a strong understanding of the connection between oral health and whole-body wellness. She grew up in Granite City, Illinois and earned her Bachelor of Biological Science from Southern Illinois University. She went on to complete both her Master of Biomedical Science and Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University.

As a student of Spear Education, Dr. Spalding is committed to lifelong learning and continued growth in dentistry. She values patient education and enjoys helping patients understand how their oral health choices can support a healthier lifestyle.

Her approach is also shaped by a strong belief in hospitality and community. Patients appreciate her thoughtful communication, gentle care, and dedication to making dental visits feel comfortable and supportive.
